• Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase:
  • In-store inventory items: ship within 1 business day.
    • Bikes may require 2-3 business days.
  • Supplier-sourced items: ship within 5 business days.
• Weekend Exclusions: Orders placed after business hours on Friday will be processed on the next business day.
• Holidays and Special Events: Processing times may be extended during holidays or special events.
• Oversized items may incur additional shipping charges.
• We reserve the right to limit item quantities for shop use.

Shipping Method:

• We offer various shipping methods based on your preference during checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
• Free home delivery is available within our local zip code, 21228.
• Shipping Damage: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and details.

Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Refer to the estimated delivery date provided at checkout.
• Bikes and frames cannot be shipped to PO boxes, PMB, or shipping forwarding services.
• International Orders: Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Return Policy

If you encounter a problem with a product purchased from us, please return it to us for a refund within 30 days, provided it is in new or like-new condition. Defective items can also be returned for a refund.

Return Details:

• Timeframe: 30 days from the purchase date.
• Refund Method: Applied to the original form of payment.
• Condition: Items must be in new or like-new condition. Defective items must be reported before returning.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.

• Special Note: Closeout items, Sale items, and Sale bikes shipped directly to consumers cannot be returned.
• Non-Refundable Items: Labor fees, custom wheel builds, and other services are non-refundable, including boxing bikes for shipping. 

Free Shipping*

• Free shipping on orders over $50 does not apply to oversized items or split shipments from multiple distribution centers (e.g., Complete Bikes, Frames, Wheels). This offer is only valid for orders shipped within the continental USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories).
• When free shipping is selected, we will choose a carrier that delivers within 2-6 business days. For special shipping instructions, contact Web Support before placing your order.
• We reserve the right to modify shipping costs in special circumstances and to deny and refund orders outside our free shipping area.
