Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Here's what you need to know about our shipping procedures:

  1. Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase. The processing time depends on the location of the item:

    • If the item is sourced from our in-store inventory, it will typically ship within 1 business day.
    • For items that are sourced from our suppliers, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and shipping.
  2. Weekend Exclusions: Please note that orders may not be processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Any orders placed after business hours on Friday will be processed on the following business day.

  3. Shipping Method: We offer various shipping methods based on your preference during checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. We offer free home delivery within our local zip code, 21228.

  4. Delivery Estimates: While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Kindly refer to the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase

Return Policy

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or for items that are defective. Merchandise returned that appears to be used may be subject to a restocking fee. Gift Cards cannot be refunded or replaced.
 
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.

  • Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.
  • Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
  • Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.

Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable. Oversize items may incur additional shipping charges. We reserve the right to limit quantities of items in favor of shop use. 

We do not ship outside of the continental USA.

Free Shipping*

FREE Shipping on orders over $50 does not apply to oversized items or split shipments from multiple distribution centers: Complete Bikes, Frames and Wheels. Our FREE Shipping is only applicable for orders being shipped within the continental USA (This excludes; Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories).

When free shipping is selected we will ship your order with the carrier of our choosing that will deliver your order within 2-6 business days. If you would like to make special shipping instructions, please give us a call before placing your order to arrange that.

*We reserve the right to modify shipping expenses in special circumstances. We reserve the right to deny and refund an order if you are outside of our general shipping area for free shipping.
